Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refined Strength has a strict no-refund policy.  Monthly coaching services (‘subscriptions’) are charged on a prepaid basis each billing period.  A billing period is defined as 30 days of service, and Day 1 of service is the day on which payment is processed.  You may cancel service by contacting your coach via email.  Cancellation requests require up to five (5) days to process.  Requests made fewer than five (5) days prior to the end of a billing period (Days 25 – 30) may not be processed within your current billing period.  Services will remain available until the end of the billing period in which the request was processed. 

You will NOT be cancelled automatically OR refunded if you “ghost” your coach. I.e. fail to check in or make contact for any amount of time after signing up/paying for services.

All purchases of digital goods and downloadable material is final-sale and ineligible for any refunds or returns.
