Program term starts at time of program delivery, 24-72 hours after purchase. Services are provided for 6 months after payment date, at which time you may renew for another 6-12 months, or continue month-to-month at the monthly rate. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to your coach ([email protected]) 5 or more days before your payment date in order to avoid being charged. NO refunds.
